Pollen to make COVID19 vaccines compulsory

We would like to announce, Pollen will move to compulsory vaccinations for all employees and contractors.

“Not only is it our responsibility to do the right thing, we are working with essential services and need to ensure we provide the lowest risk possible to protect them and keep the country moving.  There are two excellent options available in the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines, we encourage more than just our employee’s to step forwards and keep the vaccination momentum as high as possible for the country” Paul Eastwood Partner and Founder.

Our policy will be if our team are eligible for a vaccine this should be booked immediately and vaccinated at the earliest possible time. We expect all to be vaccinated by the end of October (1stdose). From the 1st November any employee attending the Pollen office or visiting a client site will need to be vaccinated, any unvaccinated people at this stage will be stood down as unable to complete their role.

“The Delta variant poses a significant threat to our people, our clients and the communities we live and work in. The only way forward for the country is through vaccination. Many of our team have already been vaccinated, or will be vaccinated very soon, which is a fantastic response and we appreciate their response over the last four months” Eastwood continued.

Pollen will set the standards to ensure our business, our clients and the country can come through this together to return to some form of normality.
